Nordic Trial Partners is expanding from a single-consultant practice to a small team of specialists. We are looking for experienced professionals working within clinical research, or in adjacent clinical development areas such as Regulatory, who want to work at a senior level across Scandinavia without the overhead and bureaucracy of a large organisation.
Every team member works directly with clients. There are no layers of middle management, no internal reporting structures that slow things down, and no pressure to bill hours over delivering quality. We move fast, communicate openly and take ownership of our work.
